Troubleshooting: empty figures and missing channels
Common reasons figures are missing or a channel doesn't show, and what to do about it.
The Dashboard shows no figures
- Shopify isn't connected. Connect it under Settings → Connections.
- No costing method is chosen. The Dashboard then asks you to choose a costing method before net profit is shown. See Cost prices and fallback cost.
- The period has no orders. It then says “No orders in the selected period.” Choose a longer period.
Only the last few days are shown
If the store hasn't given Promoosh access to its full order history, Shopify only returns the last 60 days. The app then shows a notice that full order history isn't enabled. Figures for older periods don't silently go wrong — they are limited and marked.
Profit looks too high or too low
Products without a cost in Shopify give incomplete cost of goods. Add costs in Shopify, or set a fallback percentage. Orders Overview shows which orders use real and which use estimated cost of goods.
An ad channel is missing
- The channel isn't connected, or no ad account is chosen. For Meta it then says “Meta Ads isn't connected yet, or no ad account is chosen.” See Connect Google and Meta.
- The campaigns aren't chosen. Only the campaigns you chose under Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns count.
- Meta POAS shows “— (no attributed orders yet)”. The Meta figure is based on orders Promoosh attributed to Meta, and is shown once at least one order is attributed in the period. See POAS explained.
- The channel is marked “low data”. It has too few conversions for the figure to be trusted yet.
The Channel column or ad spend per order is empty
Ad spend per order is shown once channel attribution is active. If no orders are channel-matched yet, “—” is shown — that is not an error. See Tracking and consent.
Smart labels don't reach Merchant Center
Check that Google Merchant Center is connected, that syncing is on in Smart labels, and run Sync now. Products without a cost get no label. See Smart labels.
